FAMILY COLUMN

 Invitations are often received from the members regarding  functions like marriages, upanayanas etc in their families. Information are occasionally also being received regarding unfortunate demise of the members and also bereavement in their families. This new column is being introduced to share these information. CHQ will be extending greetings for the happy moments and also stand beside the grief-stricken members.

Shri.M.R.S.Prakasa Rao, AGS, TESA(I) celebrated the marriage of his daughter Chi.Savitha with Chi.Venkatamadusudan Rao on 11-4-2007 at Vijayawada. Our best wishes to the newly married couple..

(1)   Shri K Balasubramanian, President, TESA(I) and DGM, MTNL Mumbai celebrated the marriage of his sons   Chi. B Roshankumar and Chi. B Karthik with Sow Sudhmani and Sow A Usha on 21.01.2007 and 24.01.2007 respectively.
(2)   Shri J Rajan, DE, Chennai Telephones celebrated the marriage of his daughter Dr R Saileela with Dr C Sundar on 24.01.2007.

COM.V.CHINNAPAPPIAH, VICE PRESIDENT TESA (I) BEREAVED:  Com.V.Chinnapappiah's father passed away at Tirunelveli in Tamilnadu on 7th December after brief illness.  We share Com.V.Chinnapappiah's grief and convey our heart felt condolences to him and his family.

Wedding Bell : Com R N Namdeo, President, TESA(I), Chattishgarh Circle celebrated the marriage of his daughter Priyanka with Ashish on 24.06.2006. Our best wishes to the newly married couple.

COM.S.RATNASUBRAMANIAN RETIRED ON 30.4.2006

 Com.S.Ratnasubramanian, DGM (Enquiries), Tamilnadu Circle retired from service on 30.4.2006.   An Engineering Supervisor trainee of ES Batch 93, Com.Ratnasubramanian is a recruitee of 1965 batch and undertook his training at Nagpur and Jabalpur along with Com.Basu.  Very upright with committed personality, he never hesitated to call a spade a spade.
His deep knowledge and analysing capacity on service matters earned him immense reputation.
He was elected as Organising Secretary (South) of TESA (I) and was a very competent team member to write the Memorandum, Questionnaire etc. of TESA (I) which were presented to Fifth Central Pay Commission.  He guided rebuilding of TESA (I) in Tamilnadu Circle, as its President.
At present he is a CWC member of AIBSNLEA from Tamilnadu Circle and Internal Auditor of TESA (I).  Now as he retires, he would be able to contribute more in giving us his valuable guidance.
 WE WISH HIM A HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS RETIRED LIFE.
